IGIGI terms and conditions apply to customers who have created wholesale accounts solely for the purposes of resale to the public. Approval of wholesale status is based on providing the necessary documents and creation of your account on www.igigi.com. Documents requested and required may include photographs of a government wholesale seller’s permit, Federal Tax ID, Business License, as well as a website and photograph of a storefront. Purchase of IGIGI clothing under wholesale approval is solely for the purpose of reselling in your boutique, retail storefront or retail website (owned by you and not a 3 rd party). IGIGI reserves the right to refuse wholesale access or to remove wholesale privileges at any time.
IGIGI ONLINE SALES – IMAGE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY USAGE As an IGIGI wholesale customer you acknowledge that all graphics, text and catalog photographs on the IGIGI web pages and distributed through email or by social media channels including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are the sole properties of IGIGI. Use of photographs, editorials or graphics, descriptions and sizing charts belong to IGIGI and are available to wholesale customers when requested in writing. Permission will be given only to use our graphics, text and catalog photographs to help in the sale of IGIGI merchandise in your establishment. Use of IGIGI graphics, text and catalog photographs is prohibited when promoting other brands. IGIGI has the right to request the removal of our graphics, text, catalog, and any photographs if such violation is found.
IGIGI TERMS AND CONDITIONS CHANGES IGIGI reserves the right to, from time to time, with or without notice to you, in IGIGI sole discretion, amend the Terms and Conditions for use and purchases regarding the online shopping services. Any amendments by IGIGI will be effective only as to orders you place subsequent to IGIGIs' revisions of these Terms and Conditions on the web site to reflect the amendments. IGIGI will plan to notify you of any material amendments to the Terms and Conditions, however, it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting each order and IGIGI has no responsibility to notify you of any changes prior to effectiveness of the changes or otherwise.
Applicable Laws These Terms and Conditions and the order form, collectively constituting the sole and entire agreement between IGIGI and you, regarding the online shopping services, are governed by laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law rules. The parties agree to jurisdiction and venue for any dispute here under California law.
IGIGI reserves the right to change or modify any of these requirements and/or policies at any time. IGIGI, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, with or without cause or reason.

Payments must be made in full prior to shipment. IGIGI accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), Paypal or bank wire transfers ($30 fee). Checks and COD’s will not be accepted.
IGIGI reserves the right to change and augment merchandise pricing online at any time without notice. All merchandise is available online on a first come, first-buy basis. Stock levels change frequently and items are not guaranteed available. It is encouraged to order early to assure we may meet your inventory/order needs. IGIGI offers a suggested MSRP(Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) for all styles. It is requested that your boutique (both brick and mortar storefront and online selling place) price match our MSRP. IGIGI reserves the right to suspend or cancel wholesale account privileges if this pricing is not matched on account holders shopping channels. It is prohibited to advertise price discrepancies online and via social media channels.
All wholesale orders placed by 12 noon PST will be pulled, packed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Cost of shipping is dependent on the total order cost, weight of the order, shipment destination and urgency of shipment. Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9:00am – 3:30pm PST. IGIGI is not responsible for any holds placed at customs for International shipments. Feel free to call or email us at any time to find the status of an existing order. IGIGI ships via FedEx from our warehouse location in Los Angeles, California. Shipping to the lower 48 states is standard FedEx ground. Expediting your order is available when completing your order. Please note: FedEx will NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Saturday delivery will also incur additional charges. International shipments will receive tracking information if shipped via FedEx International Priority or FedEx International Economy. IGIGI will not be responsible for any delivery loss or damage. IGIGI is not responsible for any customs, taxes or duties you may incur when receiving your order outside of the United States.
Please note for any pre-order merchandise: Processing time will be based on expected ship date for those items.
Purchases made on a wholesale account are final. Only defective merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit. We must be notified in writing within 5 business days of receiving your order for any damage claims, shortages or miss-shipped items. After said time, your rights to a credit or exchange have been waived. We carefully pack and ship all garments and are not responsible for any damage caused by any delivery companies. Returns will only be accepted after a written request is submitted and approved via email. Absolutely no returns accepted for sale or clearance merchandise. All merchandise received will be inspected for wear, use and damage. Items must be returned in original condition and include all tags and labels attached. Items must be in new condition ONLY and be unworn, unsoiled, undamaged, unaltered, unwashed and fragrance-free. We will not accept C.O.D. for deliveries. Please note, if return requirements are not met, items will be returned to you, at your cost and no credit will be given. Returned merchandise in excess of $250 will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Refused or undelivered orders will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Please be advised that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Shipping and handling for returns are non-refundable, except in instances where wrong or defective merchandise has been shipped to you. Store Credits are processed within 30 days of when item(s) are received. Store Credit is given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Store Credits can be used on future orders up to a year from date issued.
