Returns and Exchanges

We believe in quality of our garments. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please return the unworn and unaltered item(s) within 45 days of the purchase.

Garments that you desire to return must be unworn, unused, unaltered and with hangtags and labels attached. Used or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return and may be shipped back to the customer.

Return accompanied by the original receipt within 45 days of purchase will be credited in the original form of payment, store credit or merchandise exchange. Any discounts applied to your original order will be deducted from your refund amount. The shipping fees are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued for any online gift certificates used during the purchase.

If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Products returned after 45 days will be credited in the form of a store credit. Products returned after 90 days will be refunded in a form of a store credit at the most current sale price listed.

Products purchased from the "Sale Rack" category (price ending with .99) may be returned for a store credit or exchange only.

Products purchased from the "Final Cut" category (price ending with .49) are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If returned, items purchased from the "Final Cut" category are subject to a 30% restocking fee with the remainder as a store credit only.


Instructions

1. Complete the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that is included with your shipment. Please be sure to send all merchandise to the following address:

2. Please put your name, address, and order number on the package itself. Failure to do so will result in delays of processing your return or exchange.

3. Customer bears cost of shipping returned items back to IGIGI, however exchanged garments are shipped back to customer free of charge (Ground shipping and domestic shipments only). Please note, if an exchange is requested for an international order, or USPS shipping (APO, FPO, PO Box), or we're unable to send the exchange order with FedEx Ground for any reason, you will be charged accordingly for the lowest cost shipping to your destination.

4. We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee.

5. Once we receive the item(s), we will notify you via email of the refund, store credit, or exchange.

Promotionally Priced Items & Price Adjustement Policy

IGIGI reserves the right to put items on sale or reduce pricing at any time.

Promotional prices are good only during the time of the actual promotional period. Please be reminded that IGIGI does not issue price adjustments on items when these items are later put on promotion or have had the price reduced.

All purchases of gift certificate or gift e-cards are final.
