Account Creation

In order to access your personal information, including your address book, store credit, gift certificate balance, and order history, please create an account. Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please take a look at our privacy policy for details.

Please note that for security reasons, you will be automatically logged out after 60 minutes of inactivity on the web site. You will need to log in again in order to access your personal information.

You can sign out by clicking the "Log Out" link on the top right of the website.

Please not that we do not store your credit card information in our system.

Creating the account
As part of our registration process, you will be asked for the following information:

  • Your first name, last name, and a valid e-mail address
  • An option to subscribe to our newsletter
  • A password

You will also have the opportunity to sign-up for our e-mail newsletters. We constantly announce new products, new specials or promotions.

Account/User Name
Your account (or user) name is your e-mail address.

Forgotten Password
If you have a valid IGIGI.com account and you have forgotten your password, we will provide it for you. On the "My Account" page, simplyclick on the "I forgot my password" link. 

Accessing/Changing Account Information

To access your account information, click on the "My Account" link at the top of every page. From this main account page you can manage all aspects of your account, such as changing your email address, setting email preferences, and adding addresses to your address book. Before accessing your personal information, you will be asked to sign into your account, with your email address and valid password.

For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out after 60 minutes of inactivity on the web site. You will need to re-enter your email address and password in order to access your personal information again.

Changing Account Information
To update your account information, click on the "My Account" link at the top of every page. You will then see the My Account main page. From here you can select an area you want to update - such as your personal information (your account name, email address and password), addresses, credit card information, email preferences. When you select an area to update, you will be asked to sign into your account, and then you will be taken to the page where you can edit and save your new information. Please note: for security reasons, we delete you credit card information when you change your password or your email address.

Address Book
You can save the addresses you use most frequently in an address book. Each shipping address you add during Checkout will automatically be added to your address book. You can save up to 30 addresses.

To manage your address book, click on the "My Account" link at the top of every page, and then click on "Manage My Address Book" on the My Account main page. After you sign in, you will be taken to your address book page where you can view all your saved addresses, add an address, edit an address, delete an address, or set an address as your default "ship to" address.

Email Sign Up

When you sign up for email, you will receive updates approximately 2-3 times per week with the latest styles, new arrivals, special events and exclusive offers. We use your past purchases as well as any preferences you've selected to provide you with the news you're most interested in. You can change your email preferences at any time by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of any page on our site and then clicking the "Newsletter Subscriptions" tab.

Email and Postal Unsubscribing
If you no longer want to receive our email updates, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any of our email newsletters. Or, you can click on the "My Account" link at the top of every page on our site, and then click on the "Newsletter Subscriptions" tab where you can uncheck the checkbox. Please note: if you unsubscribe from email newsletters, you will still receive any order related emails when you place an order on our site, including an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email.
