Fit and Size Information

Due to variations in design and fit of each style, fit/size information for each garment is provided on that particular garment's page. In order to achieve the correct fit, we recommend that you use the sizing information that you find there. Click the "View Size Chart" above the "select size" menu to display the size chart for that product.

Garment Care
Many of our garment are made from delicate fabric, to maintain your new garment and to avoid snags we recommend removing jewelry before trying on.

Follow the care instructions on the label sewn in to the garment. Actual shrinkage results will depend upon care. Washing a garment in hot water and drying it with hot air will increase shrinkage, while washing in cold water and air-drying will minimize shrinkage.

For best results, we recommend you use professional dry cleaning service.

If your garment has beading or jewels it needs to be handled carefully. Please consult an experienced dry cleaning professional about pressing temperature when cleaning to preserve the beading or jewels as best as possible. 

We will automatically save the items in your bag for 1 hour after they are added. After 1 hour the items will be released back to the store and will be available for purchase by other customers.

IGIGI Gift eCards can be purchased and used online at IGIGI.com or by phone. Click here to add an IGIGI Gift eCard to your bag. IGIGI Gift eCard will then be emailed to your special someone right away, emailed on a date you specify or emailed to you.

All purchases of Gift Certificate or Gift eCard are final. At this time IGIGI does not offer Gift Certificate or Gift eCard returns.

Redeeming a Gift Certificate, Gift eCard or Coupon Code is easy. Just shop and check out as you normally would. During Checkout you can then enter your Gift Certificate, Gift eCard or Coupon Code code into the entry field on the “My Bag” page.
